The same Miami based firm as mentioned above is looking to expand its practice in California by affiliating itself with local solo practitioners to act as local counsel for their client base. In some cases local counsel will handle all hearings etc. while in other cases partner up so that Miami counsel can come in Pro Hac Vice.
