Foreclosure actions have caused a significant shift in litigation defense.  With the rapid changes of tide as to who has standing, who has capacity to sue, who is culpable and who is not changes direction like the wind.  If a homeowners attorney is not current to the point where it is justifiable to ask an attorney looking to represent you what foreclosure blogs does he subscribe to, and if you don’t hear names like Livinglies, Matt Weidner, Foreclosure Fish, Discovery Tactics or the likes, he or she is probably not an attorney you want defending your case.  Indeed many homeowners are defending themselves Pro-Se because they simply cannot afford to pay for an attorney and/or feel they want to fight themselves.

This page of the site is dedicated to Tactics and Strategies that foreclosure offense & defense attorneys or homeowners defending themselves can use as a resource.  I will also include links to pleadings and arguments that you may find appropriate to use.  Some may cost a nominal fee while others may be free.  I am always open to correspond with anyone in need of assistance.
